6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Email us and you may return the item(s) within [14] days of receipt, subject to our return policy. The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).If approved the inspection, we will processed the refund within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
- Exchanges: We only replace items purchased if they are defective or damaged. Items will be replaced for the same exact items. To file a claim click Here. In the email enter your Order number, a description of the affected product, and a photo to submit a claim to the manufacturer.
